CROSS-ACTION REAR SUSPENSION

The CROSS-ACTION rear suspension combines the increased weight transfer of a detached suspension with the optimal cornering and shock absorption of the Torque-Sensing Link used on Arctic Cat trail models.

FRONT SUSPENSION AMS

The Arctic Mountain Suspension was specifically designed to maneuver in deep snow. The lightweight forged aluminum ski legs are positioned at a 27-degree caster angle, which provides optimal ski camber for off-trail turns and more predictable countersteer when riding on the side of the mountain. They’re designed to reduce drag, while the dual-phase alloy steel A-arms are lightweight and durable. Available only on Riot X models.

FRONT ARS II SUSPENSION

The next generation of Arctic Race Suspension (ARS) has arrived. ARS II gives you better cornering and increased ground clearance to give you more confidence on and off the trail. We made the forged aluminum ski legs 1.5 inches taller between the ski and the lower arm and gave them stiffer upper A-arms. Plus, revised geometry offers a new roll center and adjustable camber, and a sway bar makes turns flatter and more predictable on packed trails. Not available on Riot X models.
