SIDEWINDER SRX LE

The Yamaha Sidewinder SRX is ready to defend its title as the world’s fastest snowmobile. With the heart of a Genesis 998 Turbo, specially tuned iQS shocks and an electronically controlled suspension that keeps it planted firmly on the ground, the SRX is sure to take you across the lake first! A low-profile Ripsaw track and aerodynamic skirted track housing minimizes drag, while the new ARCS race-style front suspension with longer forged spindles, lightweight upper delta arms and new optimized geometry keeps it planted and ready to launch into the next turn. Special edition color and graphics lend themselves to the legendary SRX with stunning styling to accompany its legendary speed, but only for a limited time.

FOX® IQS® ZERO SHOCK KIT

Fox® Quick Shift (iQS) intelligent shocks are used on the front and rear arms. The suspension can be adjusted electronically using a switch on the left side of the handlebar. Compression damping is offered in three remarkable stages from soft to firm. Once activated, the Suspension Control Module (SCM) on the impact body alters the oil flow through all applicable shocks in less than a second, allowing the rider to adjust the suspension to suit the conditions. The damping setting is clearly indicated on the left side of the digital indicator once the selection is complete. The rebound damping is preset, remaining constant to control backfire and “settling” in the crude, regardless of the iQS damping selection.

ELECTRIC PUSH-BUTTON START

As with all Yamaha four-stroke snowmobiles, you don’t need to pull a wire to start the engine. A simple electric start is achieved from a push-button switch mounted on the handlebar.

NEW FRONT SUSPENSION ARCS

The new Advanced Center Bearing Suspension (ARCS) features taller and stronger forged alloy spindles and redesigned upper arms. The geometry is further revised to optimize suspension function while increasing ground clearance. This results in better grip with less chassis roll for more predictable and consistent handling.

SIDEWINDER L-TX LE

The Sidewinder L-TX-LE knows how to get a full attack on the trail. Available exclusively on the special edition model, the Sidewinder L-TX-LE features push-button suspension adjustment. You can adjust your ride from soft to stiff, as fast as you can say IQS FOX®. The ARCS wide stance front clip and Tunner III skis keep you on track, and the SRV long-travel rear suspension with a 137-inch Ripsaw II track takes care of the rest. Pure power delivered by the industry’s most efficient engine is delivered in spades, bringing the turns even closer together.

REAR SUSPENSION SR 137 WITH TWO SHOCK ABSORBERS

The SR 137 rear suspension is the result of years of abuse and development in snocross and cross-country competition. This long travel suspension offers sublime comfort through its ability to overcome bumps, flotation and traction through its increased length. It is a “linked” suspension with a unique “sliding” front arm arrangement. With over a centimeter of movement in the front arm “slot”, the system allows the SR 137 to reduce ski lift off during acceleration and still perform well in the bumps

137 X 1.25 RIPSAW II TRACK

The second generation Ripsaw track is known for its excellent cornering grip and overall maneuverability on groomed trails. The bold 1.25-inch lugs will bite through hard-packed snow to prevent lateral slippage, while still generating enough forward propulsion when the snow is soft.

SIDEWINDER B-TX LE

When it’s more important to you to make your first tracks on fresh backcountry trails than to cruise the singletrack, the Sidewinder B-TX LE is designed to fit your style. The 153-inch PowerClaw track with 2.25-inch rigid bars, wide Yamaha mountain skis and a 40-inch stance is the perfect combination for getting through deep snow. Quality QS3 Zero FOX shocks offer easy and effective tuning to conquer all conditions. The new “Stealth” brake cylinder and lever combination both take care to harness turbo power with more authority than before.

FOX ZERO QS3 SHOCKS

The limited-production B-TX gets premium FOX® Zero QS3 shocks. The front suspension gets two QSR coilover shocks with separate reservoirs and separate three-way adjusters. The front arm of the rear suspension frame has a GHP shock, while the rear arms have a QS3 shock. In short, it’s a perfect marriage with the front section, which features separate reservoirs and separate three-way adjusters. All of these amortos boast FIST Fox de-icing technology, speed-sensitive damping, and premium chrome rods with exceptional rigidity, with 1.5-inch anodized T6 aluminum bodies.

CHENILLE POWER CLAW DE 153 PO X 2.25 PO

The Power Claw track with 2.25 inch bars was created in the Rockies and offers the best traction for off-trail riding, no matter where it takes you. Its 153-inch length provides ample floatation and lift to keep you moving, but still allows you to maneuver through narrow and difficult terrain.

SIDEWINDER X-TX LE

When it comes to a purebred crossover machine, the Sidewinder X-TX LE stands out. Its new “VersAttak” uncoupled rear suspension has the versatility to provide the smooth, bump-absorbing flexibility required for deep snow. Fully adjustable QS3 shocks offer peak performance, while the new ARCS front suspension provides greater ground clearance and improved handling. The X-TX LE’s wide, 6.5-inch single-keel skis work well on and off the trail to provide precise handling combined with plenty of float.

FOX® ZERO QS3 SHOCK KIT

The Sidewinder X-TX LE’s front suspension is equipped with QS3 Fox® shocks for a high quality upgrade. The high-pressure gas-charged coilover shock features a docked reservoir chamber to reduce loss of efficiency, incredible control and three easily adjustable compression damping settings so you can quickly and easily adjust to your riding conditions and preferences.

REAR SUSPENSION VERSATTAK 146

The NEW 146 Dual Shock Rear Suspension is designed around a tapered lightweight mountain track housing. It also offers a mountain style front arm with 146 inch tracks and uses a longer QS3 rear shock with a simple, lightweight traction rod. The newly designed pivot point has been added to the uncoupled front bottom to provide a smooth transfer for better maneuverability in and out of the snow.
