ADJUSTABLE PASSENGER SEAT
Its backrest is fully adjustable, with a simple lever release to move the backrest forward or backward for solo or two-up riding. Another rotary adjustment for the rear seat cushion further enhances comfort, and it also features a variable height and heated passenger grips.

ELECTRONIC THROTTLE CONTROL SYSTEM (YCCT)
Our throttle control system offers superior performance, efficiency and control. It’s fully electronic, sensing data and controlling the throttle for predictable, smooth performance specific to each model. The system has three different operating modes: S (Sport) maximum performance, T (Touring) smooth low-to-mid range response and greater fuel efficiency, and E (Entry) predictable acceleration, reduced top speed and optimum fuel economy.

This reliable 3-cylinder engine features Yamaha’s advanced fuel injection for amazing fuel economy and instant starts, no matter what the conditions. The wide, flat powerband delivers instant thrust at nearly any speed, while the big torque curve provides plenty of power to help you pull big loads with the reliability only Yamaha can provide.
ELECTRIC POWER STEERING
Yamaha was the first and still remains the only manufacturer to offer electric power steering in the snowmobile industry. A velocity sensing system provides maximum assistance at low speeds and almost no assistance at high speeds. In addition to greatly reducing any riding difficulty, this system reduces negative feedback to save the rider unnecessary steering effort.
LARGE CAMOPLAST COBRA TRACK WITH 1.5″ BARS
The main purpose of the 20 x 154 x 1.5 inch Cobra track is to maximize the contribution of the surrounding snow by providing confidence-inspiring flotation in deep snow, as well as great pulling power. The 1.5″ bars are most useful at low speeds or when you want to pull a load, so they’re just right for this utility snowmobile.
2020 VK540
Yamaha’s legendary VK540 has earned a reputation for durability and reliability. It’s ready to take on any challenge. The VK540 features a simple but proven 540cc 2-stroke engine with a heated carburetor and electric starter, as well as a launch rope for hassle-free starts in any weather. In addition, the 20-inch track with aggressive 1.5-inch lugs provides excellent traction, while its high/low speed transmission with reverse ensures versatility. No wonder the VK540 has long been a favorite of snowmobilers in the most remote areas. Like all Yamaha products, it can be summed up in one word: reliability.
FAN-COOLED 540 TWO-STROKE ENGINE
A proven 540 two-stroke engine powers an ultra-reliable utility model. Based on the legendary 540, Yamaha engineers have improved mid-range torque and reduced fuel consumption by almost 25%. This increased efficiency meets today’s emission standards with even greater reliability than its predecessor.
WIDE TRACK 1,5 COBRA FROM CAMOPLAST
The primary purpose of the 20″ x 154″ x 1.5″ Cobra track is to make the most of the deep snow available with confidence in flotation and traction. The 1.5″ bars are perfect at low speeds and under heavy loads, where utility models are often found.
MIKUNI TM33 HEATED CARBURETOR
The Mikuni TM33 flat-sided heated carburetor provides precise throttle response. Two small electronic heating coils housed in the carburetor body stabilize idle and reduce spark plug fouling.
2020 TRANSPORTER 600
The needs of snowmobilers who use their machines as a way of life are vastly different from those who seek the thrill and adventure of recreational riding. Yamaha has a deep understanding of what it takes to get the job done in extreme winter conditions. The simple design and proven reliability of the VK540 wide track, the four-stroke reliability of the Venture TF, plus the technically advanced Transporter 600 long articulated track, all fulfill these needs. Both offer two-stroke engines with recoil start. Useful features such as a heavy-duty storage rack, rigid drawbar, long-range fuel capacity, and functional protection from the elements as features being offered to meet these special needs.
2-STROKE ENGINE OF 599 CM3
The 599cc two-stroke engine features state-of-the-art computerized fuel and oil injection. The spool exhaust port controls fuel flow through a tuned pipe with exhaust manifold and muffler. Ignition is generated by capacitor discharge ignition with detonation control sensor and cooling is achieved by liquid heat dissipation system. Electric starting is standard and includes an auxiliary recoil starter.
153″ UTILITY SUSPENSION WITH FOLDING BAR
The long-travel rear suspension offers a hinged, spring-loaded rear section that allows the rear support wheels to roll forward in an arc when riding on bumpy trails, giving the impression of riding a shorter tracked model. This articulated feature also helps the snowmobile when in reverse by helping to steer the track over the snow, not letting it sink. Another unique feature is offered to close the track bar so that it does not hinge for maximum traction when towing large loads. A simple push pin is used to activate the extension of the grab bar when you need to keep the skis down and keep any possible traction out of the 153″ track.
YAMAHA MOUNTAIN SKI
A lightweight ski that delivers everything you want in deep snow. Its large footprint on the snow improves flotation, while the traction bars on the top of the ski provide a firm footing in challenging situations.
