The new Expedition SWT joins the family of utility snowmobiles based on the REV Gen4. With its 24-inch wide track, it adds to the sport-utility segment with an incredibly versatile all-terrain option. Not to mention the new Rotax 600 EFI two-stroke that adds to the Expedition Sport’s engine options. Budget-conscious buyers will have at their disposal an updated, easy-to-own electronic fuel injection engine with the lowest fuel and oil consumption in its class.

Expedition 2021 enthusiasts can also choose the 20-inch REV Gen4 platform of their choice and one of six engines: the 850 E-TEC, 600R E-TEC and 600 EFI two-strokes, and the 900 ACE Turbo, 900 ACE and 600 ACE four-strokes. The result is a lineup that offers the perfect vehicle for every type of snowmobiler in the sport-utility segment.


2021 EXPEDITION XTREME

Where else can you find the qualities of a workaholic combined with the qualities of the best European sports cars? In the 2021 Expedition Xtreme. With all the utility capabilities of a wide 20-inch REV Gen4 platform and the attitude of the venerable Rotax 850 E-TEC, the Xtreme delivers the performance, strength and ingenious amenities it takes to excel when the job demands speed and toughness.

The Expedition Xtreme is based on the REV Gen4 platform. Versatile, agile and dynamic, it’s the ideal starting platform for a snowmobile designed for both work and play. In the chassis, we find the SC-5U articulated rear suspension equipped with a KYB Pro 36 Easy-Adjust shock absorber and a HPG Plus central shock absorber, as on the MXZ and Renegade X packages. Up front, the high-precision RAS 3 performs admirably on all types of trails, with instantaneous responses to rider commands in powder.

The 20″ x 154″ x 1.8″ Cobra WT track offers the perfect blend of trail performance, off-road capability and towing traction. With its powerful 850 E-TEC perfectly centered and balanced in the vehicle, the Xtreme has absolutely incredible handling and versatility.

And when versatility is needed, the industry’s most versatile accessory system is ready to meet the challenge. Finely crafted details like the standard Multi-LinQ plate and rear rack are ready to accommodate 16- and 20-inch LinQ attachments, not to mention the ever-expanding line of attachments for pulling sleds or carrying all sorts of tools like augers or chainsaws.


2021 EXPEDITION SWT

Sport-utility snowmobilers demand ultimate versatility. Every day has its surprises. The tasks at hand are not always accessible by trail. The best trapping and hunting grounds are often far inland, where you have to travel through fields, forests and swamps without landmarks. And for recreation, sport-utility snowmobilers often spend evenings and weekends with friends on the trails watching the sun set or adventuring in the powder. Of course, they need a versatile snowmobile that can keep up with them. That snowmobile is the Expedition SWT.

With its 24-inch wide, 154-inch long track, the 2021 Expedition SWT has the industry’s largest footprint to deliver a level of flotation unmatched in the snowmobile world. New for 2021, this sport-utility workhorse now features the dynamic REV Gen4 platform, designed to deliver a new level of handling. Whether on the trail or in the deepest powder, riders enjoy ultimate versatility and ultra-precise handling thanks to the REV Gen4’s open-cockpit design.

The upgrade to the latest Ski-Doo platform allows for the integration of the RAS 3 front suspension, designed to provide precision steering on bumpy trails and effortless maneuverability in powder. The SC-5U rear suspension increases absorption to an impressive level on rough trails, and its articulated design gives a shorter vehicle feel on trails, and makes it easier to reverse in powder.

The move to REV Gen4 certainly improves the SWT’s handling and steering, but it also allows for the integration of the latest Rotax engines. New for 2021, the two-stroke 600R E-TEC and the four-stroke 900 ACE Turbo join the naturally aspirated four-stroke 900 ACE. Whatever the snowmobiler’s preference, all three options provide instant acceleration and superior towing power, with the incredible torque of an Easy Shift (H-L-N) transmission with reverse button.

And because sport-utility snowmobilers need to be ready for anything every time they take control of their vehicle, the latest LinQ cargo and utility accessories will be easy to integrate with multiple mounting options. The SWT is able to accommodate both 16- and 20-inch LinQ accessories on its tunnel, and it offers additional mounting capabilities for tools like augers and chainsaws with the standard heavy-duty rear rack and bumper.


2021 EXPEDITION SE

Comfort – a touch of luxury – and versatility to spare with the Expedition SE 2021. From trail riding to deep snow slalom, the SE is as capable of helping a snowmobiler accomplish his or her daily tasks as it is of venturing into uncharted territory to make more winter memories.

Because it’s based on the REV Gen4, the SE allows snowmobilers to take advantage of the industry’s most versatile platform, which responds instantly to the rider’s every command. It’s the perfect blend of effortless off-trail capability and exceptional trail handling. Each of the three energetic Rotax engines is perfectly centered and balanced in the snowmobile to provide ideal stability and versatility.

All three SE engines are backed by Rotax’s reputation for reliability, fun and top-of-the-line performance. The 600R E-TEC two-stroke and the naturally aspirated 900 ACE and 900 ACE Turbo four-strokes deliver adrenaline-filled power with every stroke of the throttle. Three engines you can count on, with the incredible fuel economy that Rotax is known for.

Clearly designed to satisfy consumers in the sport-utility segment, the Expedition SE is fully equipped for versatility and comfort. First, with a 20 x 154 x 1.5 inch track, with or without studs, or a 20 x 154 x 1.8 inch track, the SE allows the snowmobiler to traverse virgin powder or tow a load with incredible traction. Not to mention the new navigation features accessible through the large 7.8″ wide color LCD display with Bluetooth connectivity and GPS, music and headset communication applications.

And workers who put fun second will appreciate utility features like the new 135-liter LinQ cargo box, the new Multi-LinQ plate that lets you tailor the snowmobile to the job with an impressive number of LinQ accessory combinations, and the hitch receiver that can mount a winch capable of pulling up to 1,500 lbs.


2021 EXPEDITION LE

The Expedition LE 2021 offers a remarkable combination of deep snow handling and precision trail performance. The SE is designed first and foremost to offer ultimate control in a snowmobile based on the renowned REV Gen4 platform, with versatility enhanced by a range of Rotax engines to satisfy every snowmobiler: the 600R E-TEC two-stroke and the 900 ACE naturally aspirated and 900 ACE Turbo four-stroke.

Whether solo or in pairs, snowmobilers enjoy standard comfort features such as a high windshield, removable seat for two with ergonomic passenger backrest, wide-opening running boards and a high-tech 4.5-inch digital display.

The RAS 3 front suspension combines with the SC-5U rear suspension to provide the perfect blend of comfort and performance to tackle trails and deep snow. It’s the perfect package for two-up riding at sunset, exploring the powder or hitting the trails.

2021 EXPEDITION SPORT

Snowmobilers in the sport-utility segment looking for impressive capability at a better price will be pleased with the 2021 Ski-Doo Expedition Sport. Now based exclusively on the dynamic REV Gen4 platform, it’s available with a choice of three engines: the four-stroke 900 and 600 ACE, and the all-new two-stroke 600 EFI.

Each version of the Sport delivers addictive responses with instant acceleration, class-leading economy and unmatched fun. The Rotax ACE 4-stroke engine’s reputation for high efficiency has long been established.

The new player in the game is the Rotax 600 EFI two-stroke engine. With 85 horsepower, and true to Rotax’s reputation for reliability, it’s an ideal choice for buyers in the sport-utility segment looking for power and strength.
