The ultimate trail sled has arrived – The MXZ X-RS with Competition package 850 E-TEC Turbo R, featuring 180 Rotax proven horsepower. More than just power, this snowmobile also brings cross-country racing inspired suspension and capability for the most hardcore riding. The industry’s most powerful 2-stroke turbo makes its trail debut to offer the most demanding riders even more proven and reliable power than previously available. The 850 Turbo R trail version features an industry first water injection system to maintain power for long stretches or numerous back-to-back hard pulls. Adding control is the Competition Package with Kashima coated KYB Pro 40 R series front shocks, tall front ride height and reinforced rMotion X rear suspension and 2-ply track for extra durability. The new powerpack combined with the REV Gen5 chassis shows this sled clearly raises the bar for high performance riders.
Backcountry models move to the REV Gen5 platform and add more performance on and off trail.
The Backcountry models – the only true 50/50 sleds in the industry – move to the REV Gen5 platform and pick up all the benefits of improved styling, powerful LED lighting, reduced noise vibration and harshness, better belt life and optional 10.25-inch Color Touchscreen Display (on spring order models). But they also bring improved trail precision and control with a rack steering system and a perfectly balanced riding dynamic with the new lighter cMotion X rear suspension that features increased travel and capacity. The chassis changes add up to deliver the most agile and capable crossover sled available – more fun both on and off trail.
Renegade becomes primarily 4-stroke power in the REV Gen5 platform.
Renegade models add the legendary Rotax 4-stroke power of the 900 ACE Turbo R, 900 ACE Turbo and 900 ACE in many models, plus get new bold body work for additional comfort and wind protection. The Renegade Enduro features 4-stroke power plus retains the popular 600R E-TEC and 850 E-TEC engine choices also. The REV Gen5 features a stunning new look that incorporates four LED headlights for an unmatched night riding experience, plus reduced noise, vibration and harshness (NVH) levels and optional 10.25” Color Touchscreen Display for a connected experience. It takes trail riding to new levels with all the features riders demand.
Freeride pushes the extreme with an even more hardcore edge.
Freeride brings a new configuration to the party for higher velocity and more capacity to charge huge jumps, land smoothly and run big bumps, matching those riders with a ‘Just-send-it’ mentality. The 15-in.
full-rod track provides fast track speed for more momentum along with new spindle geometry and bigger shocks that add stability and confidence for choppy conditions and those big landings. The tMotion XT rear suspension with fixed rear arm provides more feedback in extreme maneuvers adding to the confident feel. The Freeride also adds a 146-length featuring the 850 E-TEC Turbo R for quick maneuverability in tight quarters – the first model with this combination.
The New Grand Touring Electric, the first Electric Ski-Doo has landed!
The 2024 Ski-Doo Grand Touring Electric is the first of a line of electric snowmobiles to be powered by the proprietary ROTAX ePower technology. It is purpose-built for the needs of commercial guided tour operations at Uncharted Society Experience centers and is specifically designed to minimize the cost-of-ownership for the tour operators.
Tour operators will now be able to offer a zero-emission experience to their customers and access eco-sensitive environments. The Unique riding experience makes it easy to operate and less intimidating – allowing many more to discover the spectacular winter landscape and enjoy the outdoors in a new way.
